Gizmo’s Pawesome Guide to Mental Health

Gizmo’s Pawesome Guide to Mental Health is a great free resource to help you and your kids with your sad, mad and worried feelings. This book does an excellent job pointing out that taking care of our ‘brain health’ is just as important as our physical health. It empowers the reader to come up with their own plan for identifying difficult feelings, strategies for healthy coping, and having a trusted adult in their life.
